  The packaging was excellent. It was exactly as the seller told in its description of this item. I would buy from this seller again. My mail carrier did not bring it. I had to go pick it up because I had gotten a message that it was going to be delivered today, but that is not the seller’s fault that is the Postal Service fault. I think the mail carrier doesn’t pay attention to what she is supposed to be doing, but I’m very pleased with the seller and the value of this item. Thank you

  I appreciate the seller responded my question quickly. The shipping is fast and packaging is well. The napkin holder is as described, very pretty. But it's too small for napkin -- I think it's good for letters. I will need to look for a bigger one. I will buy again from the seller.
