This product was not packaged very well and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I took photos of the packaging as I unwrapped it and was saddened to see one of the knobs had broken. There was no styrofoam or bubble wrap between the cardboard box that had been cut to to fit around package. There was a baggie stuffed in the open space, which served no purpose. I let the seller know via message and photos what happened and they issued a full refund. I’ll glue to back together and shine it up.
