Das Fenster wurde wesentlich schneller geliefert als gedacht. Ganz super. Die Verpackung ist sehr ordentlich. Passende, zugeschnittene Polsterung. Somit keine Beschädigung während des Transportes zu erwarten. Generell ist das Fenster in 1A Zustand, ohne Fehler, ohne Kratzer. Gut gemacht.

The window was beautifully packaged, exactly as described and delivered on time. Sadly because of a lack of customs declaration, we have been hit with £101 customs charge which in a window of this cost seems extortionate. This wasn't ever something considered or made clear. Such a shame because the window itself is awesome

As we've just seen in lower feedback (unfortunately my husband did not read this before hand) we have just received a FedEx bill for outstanding Customs Fees for £101.00, almost 35% of the original window cost! This should be made a lot clearer in the postage fees by the vendor, as this is a huge unexpected extra to be added to the price of the window. That said, the window itself was as described and good quality - Bloody Brexit!
