  the item is ok, however the service was slow. The order was placed on the 12th (admittedly, after 6pm) so the filter should have been dispatched on the 13th yet Royal Mail tracking shows they did not receive it until the 17th.... sorry, but that isn't acceptable. Maybe I should just be thankful you didn't send it with Evri - I'd be chasing them for another week their service is so poor in my area.

  The order was very late in arriving /Said 3/5 days it took 10 days .But i most certainly dont blame the seller But his choice of courier Yodel Who has let myself down on many other occasions .So i will my infuture ask any seller if they indeed use Yodel And if so i wont be ordering
