    Very poor service. Very poor communication, didn’t even bother to answer one of my enquiries. Told me they had spoken to the courier and the chimenea would be delivered the following day…it wasn’t…Item took three weeks to get delivered!! Eventually arrived direct from the distributor/wholesaler…Roxanne obviously buying to order…on the plus side fabulous packaging from Gardeco and their delivery company. Great product if you’re not in a rush…I can get things delivered quicker from China 😡
