We will send refund and also send you another one, we will give you return slip free. Waited and waited on them getting back to let me know when to expect return slip. In the end they said keep the faulty goods and issued a refund. Rubbish communication and my son lost out on his birthday. I even sent them photos of the faulty goods to show them i wasn't lying. I won't be buying from them again.
