  The service and understanding of the seller. PostNL though performed its worst service though by sending the item back to Australia with a label stating I refused the parcel which is not true. PostNL has some lousy employees who don't want to leave parcels at their pickup points for me to collect several packages. PostNL gets zero stars for feedback
