    Seller shipped my order immediately. It was exactly as described. I did not know that this seller, Saify Beauty Shop, also operates as Hassan-Beauty-Store. I found out because my 2 orders shipped together. Per Royal Mail the total shipping charge for both my orders combined would be GBP 14.20. But I paid a total of GBP 48.94 for shipping. (the other order’s charge was 27.97) I do not mind paying a bit extra for handling…but 245% for handling? Seller: PLEASE ONE SHIPPING CHARGE PER PACKAGE!!!

    Bonjour, Je suis enchantée de cet article car il m'aide à dormir malgré mon psoriasis plantaire. La douane Belge me fait toujours un problème pour des achats en UK et dernièrement le produit n'est jamais arrivé ( pas la même boutique) parce que j'avais commandé trois pièces et que la douane n'en autorise que pour 45 euros du coup, c'est très difficile d'en obtenir assez si vous avez un système pour éviter cela ? Sinon, le vendeur, rien à redire, le produit fabriqué en belgique ne se trouve pas

    SCAM SELLER! DO NOT USE THIS SELLER! Never received my item and they say it was damaged in transit, but never sent out a replacement or refund my money. I initially gave them the benefit of doubt and awaited for them to send a replacement which has never arrived nor has a refund and I’m now past the time frame for eBay to intervene. They are now avoiding any communication from me. Lesson learned from me to get eBay involved earlier and don’t trust what some sellers say/promise on their messages.
