Arrived in small flat package. Once opened out it was very creased where it had been folded up. States on the felt it should be irondd before use. This was not stated in advert. I dont possess an iron so it is useless to me as jigsaw pieces cannot lie flat. Requested full refund and prepaid returns slip. Request refused, they have made offers of reimbursement 30/65% which I have refused. Now they tell me they have processed a 30% straight to my bank. I am asking ebay for help
