    Sorry for the mishap and the holidays slowed production and shipping down. The item has been shipped and tracking is attached to original order.

    I specifically asked for a houston astros hat and I received a space jam hat . I am not satisfied with this hat the fitment was good and all but you sent me the wrong theme so upset the picture also shows the one that I picked on the app

    Buyer did not contact before leaving negative feedback. I realized I sent the wrong hat right after mail was picked up. I thought I had contacted seller of this error. Sent out the correct one the next shipping day. I made a mistake and I do accept that. If I had been contacted before feedback I could have assured customer that the correct item was on its way . Tracking does reflect this. Should be delivered today. The day after the wrong one arrived.
