About us

We are an independent Branch of the RSPCA operating in the Mid Norfolk & North Suffolk area. We exist to help pet owners and local animals through adoption and rehoming, financial aid and our reduced cost microchipping and neutering schemes. We receive no government funding and therefore rely on the generosity of our supporters and members of the public to help continue our vital work of rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming more animals!

Please note staff hours are 9am-4pm Monday - Thursday. We will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times. (Excluding Bank Holidays)

The items arrived in time and the ceramics were all intact. The plastic tea tray has a crack in one corner but is still usable. The post office put a sticker on saying postage was underpaid by £4.70 but haven't, as yet, asked me to pay it so I will wait and see. No communication from seller so unsure of procedure in this case
