    I made a mistake originally and saw they had a better size at a higher price. They were good about that, but ignored my query asking for suggestions about other options and when I was slow getting the credit from Paypal. I now come to order another of the same and they won't let me buy it. I have no idea what their issue is as I paid immediately, etc and think the delay with the refund for the other roll was in error, but their actions make no sense and their "communication"? I've moved on
