Marked as dispatched almost immediately. Didn’t arrive, however. When contacted, they responded quickly, found the issue (missing in transit) and offered to send another at no further cost, or a refund. They refunded in full. It would be VERY wise to contact the seller before your purchase to tell them that you want guarantee of proof of dispatch before you buy.
