    Always check your order from this supplier. Despite providing proof of my order, not only did I receive the incorrect product and in a different colour, was told I'd not read the detail and it did not include a canopy...which I knew as I'd already had one. Granted the item was outside the 28day return period by 2 wks but aftercare very poor and not willing to accept responsibility for incorrect transaction...no offer to pick up return postage for THEIR error.

    Return accepted after the return period and a full refund given. Guess you can't please everyone.

    As a collector of this glassware I was so disappointed that the item arrived broken. Having said that, it was extremely well packed in bubblewrap, within a box. So, I think the seller did all they could to protect the item. Refund speedily given. Thanks
