Wrong rug was sent but this feedback isn't for that, anyone can make a mistake, it's how you try to rectify it that counts. Tried to get it sorted by returning wrong rug and have correct rug sent - no reply. Provided photo of wrong rug - no reply. Raised a return with eBay and after 3 days of receiving the return seller neither corresponded nor refunded, eBay had to step in to refund. Not exactly the friendly service committed to customer satisfaction they claim.
