  I ordered 2 rugs in the same colour and received 2 different colours. When I let the seller know what had happened they got back to me almost immediately. They acknowledged that the mistake was theirs and delt with the return and replacement at their expense, keeping me informed every step of the way. Mistakes happen but how these are delt with make a good or bad buying experience and I believe that you can buy with confidence from this seller. Rugs were great quality too.

  The rug was delivered very quickly and was really well packed, I unpacked the rug and it looked absolutely great, (the packer did a great job) beautiful quality and condition. When I unrolled it after following the instructions it did lay flat quite nicely as I realised that woollen rugs that have been tightly packed for transit purposes can initially have slight crushing of the pile. Yes, really very happy with the purchase and the bonus for me was that the seller had given a nice discount.
