The product was not as described - it was not handmade, and not wood and not quality product and not the colors from the picture and therefore not worth the price.
I contacted for a return / refund. I was told another color would be sent and 20% refund. I said no thanks - then a 50% refund and keep what I bought - when i asked to return it and get a full refund because it was an inferior product - I was told I would have to ship it to India. Not a good product at all. Don’t recommend

As a fellow eBay seller, I am more than disappointed in the transaction. I ordered a maternity dress as a gift and the dress was way too small for my friend.
When I tried to return it (returns are accepted), I was told that I'd need to mail it back at my cost to India (it was mailed from the US). When I asked for the US address, I was told that it must be sent to India. I was offered $10 refund only. Not acceptable under any circumstances.
