  Unfortunately, USPS lost my package so the delivery was very delayed, but I fully acknowledge that this was not at all the seller's fault. The seller was very kind and helpful throughout this whole ordeal. I am proud to say that I now own a piece of Peoria State Hospital's history and it was purchased at a fair price. The item's condition was as described and exactly what was shown in the photos provided. I would recommend this seller 100%!!

I was traveling and did not want it sitting on my porch for "porch pirates". He did not follow through and shipped the day after I paid. The item sat on my porch for 12 days (until my return), but not stolen.
