Package was not delivered to me and seller is refusing to contact Yodel to resolve the issue. eBay is also refusing to provide a refund under the “guarantee” as Yodel claim they delivered to me. I’m stuck in the middle between Yodel, the seller and eBay. Awful experience and no refund in sight. Only hope is a chargeback.

I am extremely disappointed with this pizza shovel. When it arrived I discovered that the screws provided were the wrong size, making it impossible to assemble. I contacted the seller hoping for a resolution, but their response was utterly unhelpful. They suggested I should go to the shop to get the correct screws myself. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I should not spend time and money to fix their mistake. Avoid the product and seller at all costs.
