  Nice outfit as described for my 2yr old granddaughter. However the packaging was very thin and cheap, no gift box or even tissue wrap. The price wasn’t particularly a bargain so the packaging was a bit of a disappointment.

  Messaged this buyer to explain the high fees we are charged and explained the packaging, we use really high quality parcel bags and package every item with care, These items do not come with boxes from Ralph Lauren as standard and have to be added on at extra cost, It does say in the listing the box is not included as i don;t have boxes to sell and its just not financially possible.

  The outfit Is beautiful and just as described. Was quite disappointed with the packaging though. Going by the pictures/description I thought it would come packaged in the box but was just sent in a plastic mail bag

  Hi, Im really sorry to hear this, The description does say in capitals that the box is not included, Unfortunately due to really high business fees we don't recieve anywhere near as much as you would think for these items and we cannot afford to pay for boxes or any kind of fancy gift wrap, We use really high quality parcel bags and we add stickers etc as a lovely touch. They're all wrapped with care and we appreciate every sale. Unfortunately we cannot give boxes its not financially possible

  Unfortunately Yodel delivered smashed to pieces even though it was well packaged & clearly marked as fragile 🥺 (which I since found to be a common occurance with this courier company! 😡) - notified seller with photos who were quick to reply & refunded in full. Yodel are entirely to blame due to their mishandling & incompetence so seller not at fault.
