    Idk how the seller managed to get this giant 10 lb coral shipped from Texas to CA, but wow! It worked. Seller listened to feedback about shipping a coral and was attentive to detail. (Could use a tiny bit of bubble wrap, but the seller did a good job!) Seller was good communicating and acknowledging my concerns on such a large and delicate item to ship. Good experience. Helpful seller. Item was true to pics 100%

    The shipping time had absolutely nothing to do with the seller. The package got lost in the USPS system for almost 2 weeks. Seller contacted me about opening a case when it was late but I suggested we wait. I stopped by my local post office and ‘amazingly’ it just happened to have been scanned at the depot that morning. Package came a couple days later and it was in perfect condition.

    The lamp arrived very poorly packaged and of course shattered to pieces inside. I took pictures and contacted seller, but received no response, so I have no choice to report this as a negative experience. I have photos of the poor packaging, which I will present Paypal and/or ebay upon request. I already sent the photos to the seller . Again no response.
