  I was sent an empty box!!!!! After backwards and forwards messaging,I told them I was going to raise a complaint with ebay as I wasn't satisfied with what they "requested of me"as I had put not delivered. After that they said if I closed that complaint they would send my coffee,but if not I would get a refund. I said I wanted my coffee as they have my money and I would close the complaint when I get my coffee. They ignored my request and gave me my money back. Think before you buy!!!!!!!
