  Ordered the materials pack, received a “finished item” which bore no resemblance to the picture, being made of a fuzzy print of the original felt item. Requested a replacement with the materials pack I ordered but was offered a 25% refund to keep the item. A further request for replacement met with the same offer which I reluctantly accepted.
