  Item comes in a tin. It was to be used as a gift. It arrived wrapped in 1 thin sheet of bubble wrap and put in a plastic envelope. It arrived dented and smashed. Sellers only response was 30 return policy. Why should I have to go through the hassles of the return process/ return shipping and re-ordering new item when it was poorly/ improperly packaged in the first place? It was seller negligence. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to fix it.

  We sell thousands of these, and they never get damaged like this. This was the shipping service's negligence. It's unfortunate that it happened, but it's also why we offer a gracious 30-day free return policy on almost all of our items, this one included.
