    Item didn’t arrive (not sellers fault - Yodel driver left the items in a public area outside my house and mark the tracking as ‘delivered through letterbox). However, the seller was amazing. Communicated throughout and raised a case with Yodel, to get the matter investigated. Yodel were rubbish and didn’t reply. The seller chased up and Yodel eventually replied. I received a refund after Yodel’s response. Great service and communication, and the seller assisted until we reached a resolution.

    Thanks for a great service, well wrapped and fast delivery. However this brush is not the fine and fragile brush that I wanted and was stated on the description. The photo of the product is for the curly hair brush and that is the one I received. I didn’t notice that the description didn’t match the photo when I ordered. I’ll keep the brush as I can’t be bothered to return it and I’m sure it was an honest mistake as it looks similar to the fine and fragile brush.
