  This was an amazing transaction from start to finish. My item arrived sooner than I anticipated which surprised me since it was coming from out of the country. I had received tracking information when I made my purchase, and when my item arrived it was well packed and included the nicest note.   Thank you so much for this super cute bag! Unfortunately, it did not come as advertised with the accurate packaging pictured. The seller also did not mention it and send it as is…if I had known, I would’ve asked for the actual one I paid for. Luckily, I expressed my concerns to the seller and was offered some refund. I was frustrated since it was a gift to a friend…wish the seller was honest about the listing. I had to trust the seller for it to be BRAND NEW since the bag was changed. Thanks!

  Very happy with my purchase! Although having to buy at resale price as impossible to find closer to home, I thought the pricing of this was very reasonable and having free tracked shipping was a huge bonus. I purchased two items together and they were shipped quite fast and were received much earlier than expected. Items were exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition as had plenty of protective packaging. Highly recommend this seller and I would definitely purchase from them again

  Great service! Item was carefully wrapped, shipped immediately, and arrived quickly within the stated time. Unfortunately, there was some issues with the item. The seller provided response quickly and offered several options to solve the issues. Seller's communication was great. At the end, I decided to return the item, and the seller accommodated the request quickly, provided the shipping label soon, and refunded the money as soon as the item arrived.

  Excellent and frequent communication from seller and item arrived sooner than expected. Item is new and in box as described. Unfortunately, the box was significantly damaged in transit, but the figure is not damaged. Shipping in a box versus soft envelope might have prevented damage, but I'm still happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again. Thank you!
