    The delivery company Yodel said the item has been delivered on 31/3 but I only received the item on 2/4. Seller responded to my messages quite promptly. The item was packed in a box with no protection. Thankfully item is intact. So far, the dispenser is working well. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Thank you seller.

    I ordered the car tyre pump and it arrived on the due. When I tried it on my car tyre however it didn’t work and the front of the pump was scratched( it was supposed to be new. I contacted the seller straight away ( with photos) and they immediately agreed without question to send a replacement item. They then did so straight away and kept me informed of its progress. The new pump arrived today and I am very happy with it. So , overall I was impressed with the seller and can give a good rating.

    Item was very good quality, good value for money, however the speed of delivery by Yodel was shocking, est delivery was 3 days, finally arrived 9 days after purchase, cant fault the seller who was quick to respond with my queries but Yodel are an absolute joke.

    Good price. The courier was Yodel, so the item arrived late and they gave disingenuous perhaps dishonest excuses about this. It was not in a box, as described; I suspect the courier removed or damaged the original packaging. You can see the item was despatched on 4th May with a 72 hour (3day) delivery. Yodel got it here on 12th May. I waited in all day on 10th May, and didn’t attend a party because for several hours I thought I was the next stop. They then lied and said delivery was attempted!

    Needed a little more packing, the contents were ok but the presentation box was not protected by plastic posting pack which is a shame as it’s a gift. But otherwise , as described and arrived on day specified.
