  I don’t always leave reviews but wanted to say these guys are good! I was sent the wrong item initially but when I contacted the seller they were hugely apologetic and were quick and efficient in sorting it out, sending me a returns label to send back the incorrect item, and sending out the correct item on next day delivery. Mistakes happen, but they responded brilliantly. The item was exactly as described, new with labels, perfect fit for me. 10/10 customer service. Brilliant business!

  Two ordered one not as advertised. In hospital when order received and friend took to have length altered. Was informed from the shop that they were two different types. When they returned them was shocked. According to them they had the same label on the package and nothing they could do as they had been altered even though I couldn’t get the wrong ones on. What a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them again.

  This order was delivered May 17. Issue reported June 23. Both items were as ordered, the barcodes and labels matched on both pairs (we pick + pack by barcodes). The customer then tried to return them even though the returns window had passed and they had been altered.

  I was so impressed with this top which is as stated in a perfectly new condition as described with tags. It is the usual high end excellent quality I would expect from Adidas so very pleased with this. The packaging was secure and well done, and the postage value excellent. The top itself was amazingly good value for money and for such a fantastic item I was very happy with the cost. I would definitely recommend this seller and postage was prompt and I can wear this top immediately. A1 *****
