  ordered the skating 6 figure set of these Yuri on Ice mini figures. the set i got was completely different & i ended up with a set of 5 mini Yuri on Ice figures that were in regular clothes. i took a pic & contacted the seller. they apologised & offered me half refund to keep the figures, which i was happy to do. im now going to look for the set of 6 skating figures again :) this seller responded fast & their customer service is great :D

  Unfortunately the CD arrived with a cracked case. This was not the seller’s fault but they still responded very quickly and sent me a new case free of charge with extra packaging. Very happy with their communication and would definitely buy from this seller again.
