    Item in generally good condition. Communication with the seller highlighted that this was an untested item although offered a return if it wasn't suitable, which was good. Turns out that refurbishment is required, (even though the listing said fully functional) but I elected to keep the item. It was well packed and delivered quickly. It would have been helpful if some simple visual inspection/testing had been carried out by the seller (not difficult), so perhaps this could be noted for future.

    Thank you for the positive review. We inform all customers if an item is untested and offer a return/full refund if it ends up being faulty , this was also reflected in the price as it was less than 1/2 of similar items listed. Visually appeared in working order and was listed as "used".We were unable to test your power fold mirror fully due to electrical failure in the donor vehicle so it isn't as easy as one may think. Please let us know if any items purchased are faulty ASAP in future.
