  If you have to ever contact them well they are super polite they do take a while to respond but otherwise lovely. It may feel very cheaply made but it works and it was brand new . Appearance was the same on the image. Value very good works better than no remote. Delivery was atrocious firstly Royal Mail would not let me track my package and still won’t now . To clarify this is not the sellers fault.
