    So I never leave negative feedback but this time I felt I had to . I ordered the Game of Thrones palette, was so excited to have found it as my daughter has only just watched it. The palette arrived - not GOT but a Naked palette. I contacted the seller immediately and waited a whole week but did not receive a reply so ended up returning it via EBay which meant an unnecessary trip to the post office. Had I wanted the Naked palette it was great value and I did receive the refund very quickly.

    This item never arrived, I have contacted the seller multiple times and this has not been resolved. Incredibly poor communication. Would not recommend using this seller, the item was only low value but the response I received when asking where my order was (I ordered two games and only one arrived) implied that I was incorrect, with the seller eventually not replying to my multiple messages.

    Item arrived very quickly but didn’t work. Seller contacted and a refund initiated. A bit disappointing the battery didn’t work but great customer service and I’d happily shop here again because of this.
