    Wrong colour, ordered as advertised a black one and was sent a silver one. Sent message to seller who said they did not have any black ones so they sent me one in silver. They did state I could send it back but only cost £1.50 so I binned it. They should have given me options ie what other colour I would like or money back. Poor customer service

    This was not a genuine adaptor. It arrived late, packing OK. When plugged in, it asked for Beats earphones to be connected and would not work with any of our earphones, inclding Apple ones. I messaged the seller, never heard a word. I used the eBay returns system and a refund was given once the eBay system whirred into action. I have still not heard word one from the seller. Thank you eBay for having a system that works. Will not use this seller again.
