    Ordered a BL-5CA battery as shown in listing. Seller sent a completely different battery with no explanation for change. Seller then wanted me to return it using a non-Tracked shipping label ("just pop it in a post box") which is against Royal Mail regulations: Li-ion batteries MUST be handed over at a Post Office and MUST be sent Tracked. As a business the Seller should know this. Totally unimpressed. I won't be buying from here again.
