    Whilst the item was exactly as described and purchased. I’d ordered it as present so was reassured by the fact they stayed 5 day delivery. But it wasn’t dispatched for 5 days so I finally received it after the birthday I’d purchased it for and I’m really annoyed about it. They are trustworthy but they’re not in a hurry. Only order if you don’t mind waiting.

    Item advertised as a genuine Sony battery. It was quite clear on opening the package that this was a cheap counterfeit: No original packaging, cheap lithographic printing on front and rear of the battery, lack of the normally required product advisories etc. Contacted seller providing photos of the item next to genuine Sony battery. No response to the charges above, just a return label. Is this the seller’s business model?

    Item condition is as described on website. Price for item itself was fair. However, I paid for tracked postage which added almost doubled the overall purchase price. When item did not arrive on-time I asked for a tracking number, however the seller stated my purchase was not worth him paying tracked postage for despite me paying for it, and had sent it untracked. Item eventually arrived a week late and had been sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Poor service, I would not buy from this seller again.
