  I have only left negative feedback on one previouspurchase. However, I received 1/10 of the item from this seller. Seller’s description says 10m yet I only received less than 1m. Asking for advertised item, I was offered a refund. Accepting the refund I received no refund. I will contact eBay as I believe this was false advertising and very poor customer service. I will not be using this seller again, nor can I recommend anyone else buying items from them.

Pressed the buy it now and only received the ribbon, when contacted seller they stated that the iron cross and the ribbon are separate buys. It does not state that in their header, so is very misleading. Will not be purchasing from this company again. Buyer beware.
