  Great blurtooth keyboard and half the price that Amazon have it up for. If you're in the market for a portable keyboard, this has great reviews and is impressive. Your in safe hands with this seller, great comms & well pakaged. Be advised, cheapest shipping option = slow delivery, a week long. So opt for better shipping if want it quick. This is no reflection on the seller who provides a great service.

  The first lead sent was the wrong one, but the seller after a few conversations did send me out the correct one free of charge. Mistakes happen but they did make it right so I would recommend based on their customer service and keeping the customer (me) happy.

  Beware this is a bad seller. They sent a different, inferior product. When I complained they said “We would like to inform you that we have sold many items and have not received any complaints from our customers” see their feedback! When asked to replace it with the correct item they said “we are currently out of stock of the item you purchased so we can not offer you replacement at the moment” yet their listing shows 5 presently in stock. Out of pragmatism I reluctantly accepted a 50% discount.

  Dear ebay community, We would like to clarify the situation regarding this buyer. They received a different model than ordered due to the packager mistake, but falsely claimed the item was not working. Despite this, we offered a 50% partial refund, which the buyer accepted, even though we incurred a loss. If the item was truly defective, the buyer would have returned it. We advise caution, as the buyer has received both the item and the refund. Best regards,

  When Royal Mail lost my parcel and didn't provide a tracking path this supplier was able to verify it, offering me a refund or replacement. I still wanted the item that was delivered on time and undamaged, I appreciate this supplier for the excellent communication and service xxxxx
