Item arrived in good time. However, seems they sent a returned/used item. Paid over $80 USD for the pet gate with smaller pet door. Smaller pet door wasn't attached. Contacted seller to request hardware to attach small door. Kept getting automated cut/paste replies not addressing issue. Finally received an option for a $4 refund or free return for full refund. Kept requesting hardware when someone finally informed me item out of stock, so no hardware to send.
