  Wrong size filters were sent and I was asked to send back the old ones first, the package was £6.70 in total making it virtually not worth my time or money to send them back to wait another 3 days just so I can have a smoke :/ Customer service was good though and I got quick responses to be completely fair. Delivery time was also great and I have no issues there, it seems it was a simple mistake but one that shouldn’t have happened.

  Wrong colour sent, item was damaged, I contacted the seller with photos explaining the issues and their response was that there was an error in their systems and they didn't have the colour I'd ordered. No offer of exchange or refund, they literally couldn't care less. Awful customer service. Avoid
