    The item I received is not the item in the picture on eBay - I've been communicating with the seller as the item I received was not even packaged in a bag or box - it was the item box with red tape around and a label - the seller has refunded me 15% of the price but they only say sorry for confusion - it's not confusion as far as I'm concerned - it is illegal to advertise a picture then get sent a different item - I have attached photo of how parcel was received

    I hd recieved fairly good service before from this company however after not receiving item ordered recently I contacted the seller who were extremely unhelpful insisting that evri had delivered my item I had numerous msges from every about my delivery which didn't make any sense including the package was too big to deliver package in question would be about 4 inches square so I would advise do not order from this very unhelpful company because you could end up out of pocket rubbish service.
