  I would not rate this company, I had 2 items missing out of parcel, I’m left to see if the courier still had them in his van, which they are not even trying to contact the courier themselves They think I’m committing fraud, which in all my years no had a problem in all the time I’ve ordered through online through different companies Basically they are calling me a lying, so I would say if you order through them make sure if you can try and check without opening your parcel, which is difficult.

  We’re sorry you’re disappointed. Our records confirm all items were sent, and the case is still open with eBay for review. You initially stated the parcel was unopened, but later photos showed it had been opened, making verification difficult. Feedback was left before the dispute was resolved. We’re cooperating fully with eBay and will follow their decision. We never intended to cause offence and remain committed to resolving this fairly.
