    The shorts I bought and received were as described (brand new). The shipping was on time as expected and the packaging was great (using a poly mailer and then the shorts were placed inside a separate plastic bag thus providing extra protection. I believe I got a lot of value for my money in terms of cost and quality of product and a quick response in the front end of the shipping process.
