  The shoes arrived exactly as described and were packaged well. The mailing label was created on Monday after I ordered on Sunday, but the package wasn’t given to the post office until Friday. I would have liked there to be a policy note about shipping times in the listing, like days they ship or that it might be five days. I’m used to two or three.

  At first vendor responded to my review in a somewhat harsh manner. After a number of communications, I found the vendors grandmother is very ill and had to leave right away. I explained that if this type of thing is communicated, I believe customers will understand and go overboard to accommodate. After the situation was explained, and the vendor actually apologized, I want to change my rating, and opinion of this vendor. It actually gave me the o to look their entire inventory.
