    I remain disappointed that the seller promised Royal Mail and failed to live up to that promise. But I was wrong about their ignoring my message to them - rather it had gone to my junk folder (and was visible in eBay messages when I looked there, in due course). So I have accordingly revised the feedback to positive, but will probably not buy from this seller again.
