  I will never deal with this seller again i ordered a Max Factor face powder and it arrived smashed to bits the padded envelope was not thick enough and some of the bubble wrap in the envelope was popped I told the seller and sent a photo she offered 45% refund I asked for a full refund or a replacement she would only go as far as 50% I was still not happy so she said if I sent the item back I could have a full refund it would cost at least £2 to send back so I had to take the 50% refund
