Very slow dispatch. Item arrived with someone elses name on the label but our address and to really crown it all the item was a cheap copy and not as advertised. I contacted the seller twice. Very slow to respond on the first occasion and no response from the second occasion at all. Avoid this seller.

It was advertised to be delivered by X Date with a 3 day waver. Basically, 2 weeks from when I ordered. Checked status and discovered the delivery date was now later, but I wouldn't be there to collect after the 2 weeks. Asked for a refund. Immediate reply to say no problems and then a few days later asking for patience as they had a problem refunding from their side. Another 10 days and no reply so mailed again. No reply so raised a cade and was refunded by ebay.
