    After buying and paying for these tiles for £250, which stated free postage, the seller said it would cost me an additional £120 for postage. So I said I would like the order to be cancelled and a refund given. The seller was very quick to re- list the tiles, but didn’t refund me. Eventually, after no communication from the seller I felt the only option left to me was to open a case against them to get my money back, which was quite a lengthy & worrying  process. eBay eventually refunded me.
