Based in Coventry we also have a showroom with tables on show and one of the largest ranges of cues in the country.     I would say well packaged but maybe over packed to the extent that it couldn't be posted through the letterbox. Recieved parcel eventually, no thanks to ParcelFarce after several attempts from recieving cards saying at local Post Office but not actually taking it there. But as for the actual seller i cannot complain other than packaging excessive for item size.
