  This is a great Ebay seller, I thought I was another victim on ebay. But boy was I wrong. long story really short "description said used "not bent or broken so I bought the item and like many of us I just opened the box check that it was all there. But when I put it together the Pole from my dewalt electric pole saw was bent, of course I had already thrown the box and I'm to lazy to make a box and sent it back like many of us. One message later we sent you a new one. Now that's great service

  Brand new and well packed, perfect condition and fair price, do not understand ups, shipped half hour from my house, sat there 2 days, went 1 hour from my house and sat there. 2 days, then shipped back fifteen minutes away? Seller is great and no issues.
