  The packing was cushioned and full of packing peanuts but not adequate for whatever trauma delivery put this casserole dish through and it arrived broken- The seller refunded me same day- I would buy from this seller again- the great quality of the broken item was still evident- just sad that it got broken. The price was also good. It was shipped quickly.
